Watts's Sketches

Added in Patch 5.3 (Shadowbringers)

Drawn many, many moons ago by the famed Watts, these illustrations depict a concept for a form of wheeled transportation. Unfortunately, details on the inner workings have been largely omitted, but even in this undeveloped state, the design showed promise.
